Luis Bruno is a story of success. As Executive Chef for Governor Kirk Fordice, Luis has entertained the likes of President George H. Bush and countless foreign dignitaries with his culinary creations.

Teaming up with his wife, Kathleen, he introduiced Jackson, MS to the unique flavors of Spanish and Thai Cuisine (and some fantastic New York style pizza) at their restaurant, Bruno's Eclectic Cuisine**.

Most recently, he has returned to the Governor's Mansion as Executive Chef for Governor Haley Barbour.
